Cathryn Hannah is currently the Deputy Director for Legal Support and Dispute Resolution Policy at the Ministry of Justice. She has worked in a variety of roles in the civil service including leading the end to end review of rape prosecutions, leading on criminal law policy, managing the UK’s negotiations on civil judicial cooperation with the EU and managing the UK’s relationship with the Crown Dependencies.
