Independent Consultant
Mike Titchen is an independent Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt consultant with over 25 years’ experience helping organisations improve performance, reduce waste and manage demand more effectively. Originally trained by GE in 1996, he has worked as a Six Sigma Champion for GE and as an embedded Master Black Belt in a variety of sectors.
As a consultant he has trained, coached and supported Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts and Senior Leaders across central and local government, the NHS, financial services, pharmaceuticals, mining, retail, warehousing, food processing and manufacturing. He has also worked with regulators to improve operational performance and manage caseloads more effectively.
Before specialising in Lean Six Sigma, Mike held leadership roles in technical, quality, operational and IT functions. He holds an MBA alongside his engineering qualifications.
