Conference Registration RE-OPENED: select your breakout sessions!

Dear Members and Guests,

I’m writing with a further update regarding the OA conference booking system, following my message sent on 22 April about the temporary pause in registration.

Our conference booking provider has now confirmed that the issues affecting a small number of registrations have been resolved. Delegates can now proceed with completing their registrations and session selections. Please note that full registration closes on 8 May 2026.

What you need to do now

If you have already registered for the conference but have not yet selected your breakout sessions, please return to your original registration confirmation email (from Lup events) and use the link provided there to complete your session bookings.

This applies in particular to those who:

• have already booked and paid for their conference ticket, but
• were unable to select or confirm breakout sessions at the time.

Please note that there is no need to re‑register or book again via the website if you have already completed your access/dietary requirements and booked your breakout session selections.

If you have not yet booked for the conference at all, please complete your registration via the conference website by 8 May. 

If you experience any further issues, or are unable to locate your original confirmation email, please contact Charlee, Communications Manager (copying in OA Support email) rather than the Lup Customer Support team and I’ll be happy to assist.  

If there are any further updates or instructions, I will let you know as soon as possible with clear guidance.
