Dom Smith is a Group Manager in the ICO's Public Advice and Data Protection Complaints department. Dom oversees data protection complaints primarily about the Police and Justice sector, but also leads on areas around providing and empathetic customer service. He has worked at the ICO for 11 years and has passion for telling the human stories behind data protection issues.
