Mary-Kathryn (MK) is the Chief Executive at Simetrica-Jacobs, global leaders in impact measurement. Simetrica-Jacobs works with organisations that want to operate responsibly whilst remaining competitive. MK works with high profile clients across markets and sectors to improve society by focusing on wellbeing – helping organisations maximise value and drive positive change for individuals, for communities, and for businesses.
Prior to joining Simetrica-Jacobs, MK was the Deputy Chief Executive at HACT, where she led major projects and worked to establish the UK Housing Data Standards partnership with OSCRE International. MK has a background in mixed methods research, with a PhD in Anthropology. She has also served as a Non Executive Director with Abri Group since 2021.
