Karen Bowers is CEO of Bristol Law Centre and has been with the charity for over 6 years. Karen is an expert in strategic, evidence-based communications and management with experience across many sectors.
She is passionate about the access to justice work the Law Centre does as a charity, giving free social welfare legal advice and casework to people who would otherwise not be able to challenge decisions affecting their lives. Legal advice fights inequality, addresses deepening poverty, can prevent homelessness and gives a voice to some of the most vulnerable in our society.
