Lindsey has been the Director of the Advice Services Alliance since 2013. She started volunteering at a local advice centre in the late 1980’s and has been involved with the advice and justice sectors in various paid or voluntary capacities ever since.
Lindsey has worked for two of the advice networks as well as a specialist advice centre and some local advice centres, including chair of two Citizens Advice, one in the south of England and one in the north. She spent several years working as a Government Social Researcher and has a particular interest in evidence for better advice.
