Stephanie is responsible for JUSTICE’s legal and policy output. She studied Economics and Social and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge before converting to law.  She trained and qualified as a solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP where she practiced as an associate in the Dispute Resolution team.  She left Freshfields to pursue a master’s in Human Rights Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science, following which she worked at the Supreme Court as a Judicial Assistant to Lord Clarke and Lord Toulson.

She subsequently joined the Public Law team at DAC Beachcroft LLP where she advised public sector clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious public law matters.  Stephanie has also represented appellants in the Asylum Support Appeals Tribunal and interned at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
