Budget announcement: Protecting the Interests of Consumers

“The Ombudsman Association welcomes the Chancellor’s announcement today that the UK Government will look to strengthen the protections for consumers. The Association is clear that one way to achieve this is for people to have free, simple and unhindered access to an ombudsman in all areas of consumer and public services.
