New website launched

The Ombudsman Association is delighted to launch a new website today that will make it easier for members of the public, policy makers, academics, and other stakeholders find the information they need.

As well as an easier to use tool for the public to find which of our members can assist them, we’re proud that our new frequently asked questions section is available in the three official languages of the nations and territories that our members operate in: English, Irish, and Welsh.

In addition, the Best practice and publications section collates the standards and guides for the ombudsman sector, our responses to public consultations, and the Case Law Database all in one place.
